My name is Philip Regan, I have worked in the financial service industry for over 30 years.

I provide advice on equity release products, RIO products and mortgage and protection advice.

Having previously worked with a number of household organisations, Co-operative bank, commercial union and the Woolwich. I am an independent mortgage adviser, which means that I have access to most of the mortgage market and all of the equity release providers.

I enjoy interacting with clients and building a solution to match their needs and guide them through the whole mortgage process, whether that be releasing capital from their main home for personal or family reasons, getting the keys to their new home a re-mortgage or a BTL I am happy to meet face to face, remotely through various online sources wherever you are in the UK.

I am married and live in West Sussex, we have a working cocker called Theo who keeps us busy with walks and the out doors. We have grown up children between us and enjoy holiday whenever I get the chance.
